FAQ

What will I receive when purchasing a printable/downloadable item?
After purchase, a link to the PDF file/s will be emailed to you which you can save to your computer and print at home or at a print shop.
Wall Art is 8 x 10 inches in size, ideal for framing. Planner pages are A4 (297mm x 210mm) and formatted as a PDF document so that you can print the whole pack at once or selected pages.

How do I re-size the planner packs to fit my paper size?
The planner packs can easily be re-sized to fit A5, US Letter or Half-Size paper. Instructions and printing advice will be sent to you with your order. (Please note that the proportions of half-size paper differ to A4, and so there will be a little extra white space at the top and bottom of the page.)

What do you recommend for putting the planner pages in?
There are so many different options for keeping your planner pages. If you are simply using the pages at home, you can buy a standard ring binder from most stationery shops. If you are looking for something more luxurious and portable, time planners from brands such as Filofax or Kikki K will give you the flexibility to choose the best size and design for your needs, with built in dividers to separate your planner packs. There are many other options so be sure to shop around to find something that suits you.

Can you customise the colour/size of my digital download?
Digital downloads on our site are currently only available in the size and colour shown.

How do I get the best printing results at home?
For artwork, printing on quality matte photo paper or heavy card stock will give you the best results. For planner pages, a paper weight of 100gsm or higher is recommended for a good quality page, especially when printing double sided.

Can I share the digital files?
No, please respect copyright and keep the files to yourself. Under no circumstances may the files be re-sold or shared publicly. You may, however, buy an art print or planner pack to print off and give as a gift. For full terms of use please see here.
